01 - Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Place the halved Brussels sprouts in a large mixing bowl. Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
03 - Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Scatter the chopped beef bacon over the top.
04 - Roast for 20–25 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until the Brussels sprouts are golden and tender and the beef bacon is crispy.
05 - Transfer to a serving dish. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, if desired. Serve hot.
