01 - Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until evenly coated.
03 - Spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle the chopped beef bacon evenly over the top.
04 - Roast for 20 to 25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the Brussels sprouts are golden and crispy and the beef bacon is cooked.
05 - Remove from the oven. If desired, drizzle with balsamic glaze and sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.
