02 - Bring filtered water to a rolling boil in a small saucepan or kettle.
03 - Transfer prepared dandelion petals and leaves to a teapot or heatproof vessel.
04 - Pour boiling water over the dandelion mixture. Cover immediately and allow to steep for 8 to 10 minutes to extract full flavor and beneficial compounds.
05 - Strain the infusion through a fine mesh strainer into serving cups. Add honey or lemon wedge to taste. Serve immediately while hot.
