01 - Preheat oven to 400°F or heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat; line a baking tray with parchment if using oven.
02 - Use a rolling pin to flatten each bread slice to approximately 1/4-inch thickness.
03 - Place one cheese stick at the edge of each bread slice and roll tightly, using a small amount of melted butter to seal the seam.
04 - Brush the exterior of each roll up evenly with melted butter. Combine grated Parmesan, garlic powder, and dried Italian herbs, then sprinkle over the buttered roll ups.
05 - Place roll ups seam-side-down on the prepared baking tray. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until golden and crisp, turning once if pan frying for even browning.
