05 - Divide into bowls or jars. Top with banana slices, coconut flakes, nuts, and fresh berries as desired.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • Its breakfast that practically makes itself while you sleep, no morning cooking required
  • The earthy matcha provides sustained energy without the afternoon crash of coffee
02 -
  • Matcha can turn bitter if you add it too aggressively or use water thats too hot, so mixing it into cold milk first gives you the smoothest result
  • The chia seeds need time to fully hydrate, otherwise youll end up with weird crunchy bits instead of that creamy, pudding-like consistency
03 -
  • Invest in a small bamboo whisk or a tiny battery-powered frother, they make the matcha dissolving process so much easier
  • Double or triple the batch on Sunday and you're set for the week, these hold up beautifully
