01 - Lightly spray a microwave-safe mug with nonstick cooking spray to prevent sticking.
02 - Combine angel food cake mix and water in the prepared mug. Stir vigorously until fully incorporated and smooth with no lumps.
03 - Place the mug in the air fryer basket. Cook at 320°F for 7–8 minutes until the cake has risen completely and the center is set. Test doneness by inserting a toothpick—if it comes out clean, it's ready.
04 - Carefully remove the hot mug from the air fryer. Allow to cool for 1–2 minutes before topping with whipped cream and fresh berries. Serve immediately while warm.
