Roasted corn on the cob coated in a zesty Cajun blend for a smoky, flavorful side dish.

# What You'll Need:

→ Corn

01 - 4 ears fresh corn, husked and silks removed

→ Cajun Spice Butter

02 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
03 - 1½ teaspoons Cajun seasoning
04 - ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
05 - ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
06 - ¼ teaspoon onion powder
07 - ¼ teaspoon salt
08 - ⅛ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
09 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped
10 - 1 tablespoon lime juice

→ Optional Garnishes

11 - Lime wedges
12 - Extra chopped parsley

# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven to 425°F or prepare grill for medium-high heat.
02 - In a small bowl, mix softened butter with Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, chopped parsley, and lime juice until well combined.
03 - Place corn cobs on a foil-lined baking sheet. Brush each ear generously with the Cajun spiced butter, ensuring all sides are evenly coated.
04 - Roast in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through, until corn is tender and slightly charred. Alternatively, grill directly on grates, turning every few minutes for even charring.
05 - Remove from oven or grill. Brush with any remaining Cajun butter and sprinkle with extra parsley. Serve hot with lime wedges on the side.

  • The smoky heat transforms ordinary sweet corn into something that feels restaurant special
  • That spice butter creates this incredible crust that youll want to put on everything
02 -
  • Turning the corn halfway through is nonnegotiable for even charring on all sides
  • Room temperature butter blends so much better than cold, which leaves you with chunks of unmixed spices
03 -
  • Make double the spice butter and freeze half for next time you are craving this
  • Remove silks completely before cooking—nothing worse than picking silk out of your teeth at a party
