01 - Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
02 - In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper until fully combined.
03 - Brush each ear of corn generously with the Cajun butter mixture, reserving approximately 1 tablespoon for finishing after roasting.
04 - Arrange corn on the prepared baking sheet. Roast for 20-25 minutes, turning once halfway through cooking, until kernels are golden brown with slight charring.
05 - Remove from oven and brush with remaining Cajun butter. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and serve immediately with lime wedges.
